Where is the batch code on UniSkin products?
Look on the base of the bottle or jar, the crimped tail of a tube, or the bottom flap of the box. It is a short string stamped or printed in small type — not the barcode.
Is a UniSkin lot number the same as a batch code?
Yes — lot number, lot code and batch code all mean the same string on your UniSkin packaging. American packaging and shoppers tend to say lot number; British and European ones say batch code. Enter it either way.
Can I tell the expiry date from a UniSkin batch code?
The code gives the manufacture date. Shelf life is counted from there — typically 36 months unopened, and 6–12 months once opened, depending on the product.
Is the barcode the same as the batch code?
No. The barcode is the 12–14 digit number under the striped label and identifies the product, not the batch — it contains no date at all. This is the single most common mistake.
